Strength and Experience

Alex is an experienced employment attorney, having tried numerous cases in both state and federal court. He has argued cases before the Washington Supreme Court, the Washington Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  As an experienced, well-respected lawyer, he is frequently asked to present at legal education seminars and contribute works to legal resources for other lawyers.  In addition to his courtroom ability, Alex is a skilled negotiator – he knows that litigation is often a “last resort” for many clients. 

Recently, he was elected by his peers to serve as a member of the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section.
